Sorry, but whoever you spoke with at WOTC about Mr. Mime was wrong. I posted a very important note to read about Mr. Mime on the front of Q&A with an email from Robert Gutschera (the head of the rules team for Pokemon at Wizards). Also, the new Fossil FAQ talks about this as well. Check it out :-) About no Pokemon decks, of course a tournament judge would not give a tie to someone who plays with no basic Pokemon in their deck. The DCI gives free reign to T.O.'s to devise rules as necessary to maintain the spirit of competition. If you find a SANCTIONED tournament judge that allows a game like this to end in a tie, be sure to let the DCI know... Brian Brokaw
