Hello, I know that in July gym trainers are coming to America.  I would
like to know if this means that the card: Imakunis Doduo will be printed
in English. In a price guide, it said you get it from gym 2 booster
packs, so I thought it might be printed in English.

Who knows?  We thought Mew would be in Fossil and it wasn't.  No one saw the Dark Raichu coming, and there is was in Team Rocket.  There is no telling what WotC will or will not print in Gym.
