You'd been asked about promos in Canada, and replied that
you had little info, and if anyone knew more, to offer
assistance.

In Toronto, anyway, we get the same league promos at the
same time as they do in the States, but our leagues did not
get started until January (we've just started on the fourth
season), and anything that came beforehand we lucked out
on.  The movie promos were hard to come by, since the whole
country only received a half-million cards.  The theaters
nearest me had none by the second day.

Hm....I think that's about it.....we have our Mews,
Computer Errors, and Dark Gyarados Prereleases, and the
Nintendo Power promos showed up at the same time.....we'll
just have no chance to get a hold of Prerelease Clefables
and such.  Oh well. C'est la vie.
