Vulpix is the only card I have seen so far with HP 50,  all the other pokemon 
cards have the HP number before HP. So its like 50 HP. 

HERE IS AN EXAMPLE

Koffing - 50 HP
Vulpix - HP 50  <----  The only card in the game like that.
