All 1st Edition, non-holo Jungle Electrode cards have that error.
(as it turns out... at the time that I wrote that book we didn't know
this for sure.)  So there really isn't any "special" value to these cards.
Just check a price list for 1st Edition Jungle cards to find Electrode's
value.
