When I'm given a price for an "unlimited" card, does that mean any card > that is not 1st edition? > > 3..What do the numbers at the bottom right hand corner with a dot or diamond > next to them mean? (20/64, 30/102, etc....) The information in the top left corner does not pertain to the "set". It pertains to the game. It will never say "1st Edition". It will say: "Basic Pokemon" or "Stage 1" or "Stage 2". Only cards with the small round "Edition 1" stamp are considered "1st Edition". Anything else is "Unlimited". The numbers on the bottom are how you determine which "set" your cards are from: x/102 is card #x from "Base" set (102 total different cards to collect). x/64 is card #x from "Jungle" set (64 total different cards to collect). x/62 is card #x from "Fossil" set (62 total different cards to collect). The symbol at the bottom shows you what "rarity" the card is. CIRCLE = common DIAMOND = uncommon STAR = rare (either holographic or non-holographic artwork) For every 1 holographic rare card printed (the hardest to find and most valuable), there are 3 non-holographic rare cards printed, and 9 uncommon cards printed, and 21 common cards printed. Hope this helps, Brian Brokaw Brian Brokaw
