No. Each of the different theme decks have different cards included. However, if you bought 2 copies of "Zap!" you should get the EXACT same 60 cards in both of these packages. Zap! happens to be Psychic and Lightning type cards primarily. (Brushfire is Fire and Grass, Blackout is Water and Fighting, etc...) We specifically refer to these decks as "fixed" sets because it indicates how difficult to get those cards are... If you needed a Mewtwo card, you would most likely just want to buy the Zap! theme deck since EVERY Zap! theme deck includes Mewtwo. However, the odds of getting Mewtwo in a booster pack is only 1 out of 45! Its quite possible that you would have to buy 45 booster packs (or more!) in order to find a Mewtwo. Booster packs are NOT "fixed" sets... they are random. (but they are the ONLY place to find many of the rare cards however-- like Charizard) Brian Brokaw
