The odds of getting Charizard in a "Basic" set booster is the same odds
as any of the other 14 holographics that come in those types of boosters.
Now, don't blame me for my poor statistics, but here is my reasoning:

There is a 1:3 chance of getting a foil.
There is a 1:15 chance of that foil being Charizard.
This should correspond to 1:45 chance of finding a booster pack
containing Charizard.

(again, i'm no statistics whiz, so I hope this is at least "close" to being correct.)
(in fact, i'm quite certain that a REAL statistic for this would
involve permutations and calculus somehow ;-)

There is NO difference between the different artwork on the Pokemon booster
packs.  I guess the artists at WOTC just got bored and made 3 different
packages to pick from :-)
