PoJo currently doesn't have any scans of these cards, and I'm afraid
that I have to admit that I am NOT an expert on them. 
TOPPS is a major sports card manufacturer and produces very high
quality looking cards.  Also, they are fully licensed by Nintendo, 
and legitimate Pokemon collectible cards.

But they are totally not compatible with the Wizards of the Coast cards, 
and they don't seem to have caught on with the fierce collectibility 
that the WOTC cards have.

Check for upcoming magazine articles discussing the TOPPS cards for
more information.
