That is a special "Promo" card.  They are in very limited print,
and you should definitely save it as something collectible.

The "E3" Pikachu is a normal Lv12 Pikachu (like the Base Set kind),
but the "E3" symbol was added so these cards could be handed out
at the Electronics & Entertainment Expo (E3) convention.  Wizards
has lots of these cards as extras and is now giving them away in
Nintendo Power Magazine, and the official Pokemon TCG Leagues.
