Halt!? Who needs it. Well, most everyone, but if you don't have one,
SBE can be of some help. Preventing your opponent from playing Halt! can be
a very nice security blanket. If you don't need to prevent Halt!, well,
how about getting your 5th into play. This multi-function card is in my
