Hello Nelson. First off, too many singles. The more copies of each card the better. How you do this without having too big of a deck you say? Simple. Drop the useless cards for more copies of the better cards.

-Monsters-

3x La Jinn the Mystical Genie of the Lamp
3x 7 Colored Fish
2x Magician of Faith

2x Summoned Skull (Only 2 because you will be running other Tribute monsters besides this)

Those are the basics that are currently in most decks these days (Besides some Exodia decks). Now for the theme...

3x Barrel Dragon

Normally I would say just play 2. But since neither Witch of the Black Forest or Sangan can search him out, 3 is necessary.

3x Man-Eater Bug

2x Wall of Illusion

2x Dark Elf

2x Witch of the Black Forest.

I maxed out the MEB because it destroys a monster and works as Tribute bait. The Witch of the Black Forest is just great card advantage.

That gives us a total of 22 monsters. I don't usually play this many, but since you are playing with 5 Tribute monsters it should balance out nicely.

-Magic-

3x Soul Exchange

They work GREAT with Barrel Dragon. Tribute one of your opponent's monster then possibly get another kill from Barrel Dragon's effect. A little bit better than Fissure in this type of deck.

1x Raigeki

1x Change of Heart
1x Monster Reborn

1x Dark Hole
1x Pot of Greed

2x Swords of Revealing Light

2x Heavy Storm

Of course...

That's 12 Magic cards.

-Traps-

2x Magic Jammer

2x Seven Tools of the Bandit

3x Trap Hole

1x Mirror Force

8 Trap cards should work about right. They should all be self explanatory. Save the Seven Tools of the Bandit for when your about to play Barrel Dragon. That way if they Trap Hole it, you won't be screwed.

The deck totals out to 42 cards. A good solid amount for this type of deck.

Good Luck!
