Episode #125 - The Darkness Returns 1

The duel elevators arrive at the top of the tower. Kaiba claims that only he

can beat Marik, and Yugi retorts that he must defeat him first. The duel begins on the new field, and Marik adds a new twist to the Shadow Duel:
streams of energy connect both duelists to their monsters, and when a monster is destroyed, the duelist loses energy. Marik beleives that since his inner strength is greater, he will win. He then proceeds to weaken Joey,

and ends up placing Helpoemer in Joey's graveyard, which causes him to lose a card from his hand each turn. This will take out many of Joey's cards before he can even play them. The duel looks bad for Joey, and his Jinzo is the first to go.
