A mysterious woman known as
Ishizu Ishtar arrives in America with a collection of
Egyptian artifacts for the Domino Museum. She wears a
Millennium item and is able to determine the secret
method for transporting the artifacts from the airport
to the museum. Ishizu reveals the nature of her
artifacts at a press conference being broadcasted
throughout the city.
Mokuba and Seto are in the latter's office when a phone
call comes from Ishizu herself asking if Kaiba would
like a monster stronger than Exodia.
Kaiba denies this claim upon arriving at the museum, and
then is stunned as Ishizu shows him a tablet showing two
figures identical to Yugi and himself dueling. He is
then shown three visons by her Millennium Necklace of a
duel between his past self and one of the pharaohs
servants. She then tells him of the three Egyptian God
Cards: Slifer the Sky Dragon, Obelisk the Tormentor, and
the Winged Dragon of Ra. She tells him how Slifer and Ra
were stolen by the Rare Hunters, and convinces him to
organize a Duel Monsters tournament to lure them to him.
She then presents him with Obelisk, telling him that he
will return the card later on.
