Friday, December 22, 2006  Big News on the YGO Tournament front!  "Effective immediately, “Cyber-Stein” is Forbidden for Advanced Format tournaments, and Limited for Traditional Format tournaments."  This change has been reflected on banned/restricted list the Official site.  Thanks to Ed V. for the news flash!
