This is my deck. The typical beatdown. I used to have Raigeki and Nobleman of Crossout but they were stolen at school. ( Takes a glance at the popular kids ) Anyway. I didn’t win the tourney but I had fun. The first kid who lost got a morphing jar. Go figure.
Round 1
Big Kahuna Vs. Ryan
Okay. This was a simple match. This kid was I’m guessing about 7 or 8. He knew the rules but I just overwhelmed him. On my first turn I put out La Jinn and set 2 trap holes. He put out a 7 colored and I trap holed. Next turn I put out a 7 colored. He then summoned Darkfire Soldier #2 and I trap holed. My turn. I used pot of greed and drew Tribute to the doomed. Lucky me. I tributed 7 colored for summoned skull and it was his turn. He put a mon in def mode. I tributed and discarded my GAF. I used Monster Reborn and got it back. I tributed La Jinn for another SS and he forfeited.
Second match vs Ryan
He forfeited after I got out my summoned skull.
After the round I got bored and began to walk around to study my opponents. Gosh… Whats with the Thousand Eyes Restricts!?!? 2 of them were pulled and 3 were pulled last week! I decided to duel another kid. I had faced him before at the earlier tournaments and he uses Relinquished. But this week I was in for a surprise. Last week he had ordered the exodia set. One problem for him. He didn’t know how to play exodia…..
Fun Match
Big Kahuna vs. Forgot name. Lets call em’ Sam
Okay. He was just dumb. No offense if he reads this but sorry kid you stink. I started off with a Meb in def mode. He played a La Jinn. I flip MEB and destroy La Jinn. I tribute Meb for SS and attack. He uses waboku. Then he fissures it. He doesn’t play a monster and it’s my turn. I set cyber jar cause he has too many defenses. He attacks with a mon and flips cj. I get 3 mon. 7 colored, meb, and nimble momonga. He ends. I use Pot of greed and I use 7 colored to attack his La Jinn he got. He uses waboku and we get into a fight about the ruling. I say that it’s only lp damage but he says any damage. He finally wins and 7 colored is destroyed. But I don’t care I flip MEB to destroy La Jinn and tribute for SS. I attack and he goes downhill from there.
As we get our cards together it is finally time for the next duel. I realize I have to play Nick. He usually gets 3rd or 4th but today he gets second.
2nd Round Big Kahuna vs Nick the Tormentor
This one was close. VERY close. Lets see in the beginning I set a nimble momonga in def mode and a trap hole facedown. He brings out La Jinn and I trap hole. Luckily I have FAG in my hand and his field is clear. Yeah! I bring out GAF and switch Nimble to attack they both attack and he loses 3300 and annoyingly uses a Kuriboh. He then brings out a card in facedown def mode. One of my favorite combos…. I use Tribute to the doomed on it. It was MEB . I discard SS. I reborn SS attack. He uses Kuriboh. His turn. Happily for me. He doesn’t play a monster. My attack forces time of defense is up! Both in attack and they attack. 4800! Yes! 1st damage! It went downhill from here for me. He got out Jinzo and use Raigeki. Then used Ult. Offering to get out a SS after tributing a nimble. Ouch… That hurt me. I set MEB in def mode and I make a really, really, stupid move. He attack me and I use meb to destroy SS. I flip my 2 time seals and he points at Jinzo. He then puts out swords and ends. I use Pot of greed and set magician of faith. He attacks with a la jinn. But it’s too late for me now.. I lose!!!!!
2nd match
Excatcly the same almost. I practically died of annoyment of Kuriboh….. If it weren’t for that dang furball!!!
Well. I had a good time at the tourney. I’m looking at the bright side. I didn’t have to face Alan or Lackey.
