Round 1 - First Match - Me vs. David (Exodia Deck)
This was my first tournament so I was pretty nervous. I saw this guy practicing before the tournament and I thought he would be a handful because he beat one of the best people there. Now on to the match.. I went first since I was younger. In my first hand I had, Tribute to the Doomed, Harpie's Brother, Raigeki, Jinzo, Dust Tornado, and Cyber Jar. I started by putting Dust Tornado face down and Harpie's Brother in attack mode, his turn. He used Fissure to destroy my Harpie's Brother then put a monster face down and a magic/trap card face down, I then used Dust Tornado to destroy it, it ended up being Trap Hole. My next draw was Swords of Revealing Light, I activated it and put Cyber Jar face down. He then put another monster face down and was done with his turn. My next card was, 7 Colored Fish. I flipped Cyber Jar, he had ZERO monsters, his field was empty. I got Dark Elf, La Jinn, [2x] 7 Colored Fish, and Soul Exchange. I put down my Dark Elf, La Jinn, and the [2x] 7 Colored Fish. I then sacrificed La Jinn for Jinzo and attacked directly for 8000!
Me - 8000-7000
Him - 8000-0

Second Match
He went first and started by putting La Jinn down and 3 magic/trap cards. In my hand was La Jinn, Summoned Skull, Soul Exchange, Premature Burial, Heavy Storm, and Snatch Steal. I first used Heavy Storm, he countered with Magic Drain, but I had my handy Soul Exchange to get rid of. I then used Snatch Steal to take his monster and tribute it for my Summoned Skull. I attacked him directly for 2500! His next turn he puts a monster face down. My next card was Nobleman of Cross. I used it to get rid of his face down Witch of the Black Forest. I then put down my La Jinn and attacked him directly for 4300! Next turn he drew Magic Jammer. He then gave up and I won!
Me - 8000
Him - 8000-5500-1200-0

Round 2 - First Match - Me vs. Jarred (Beatdown/Toon/Blue Eyes or something?)
This guy beat me once before, when I just started playing Yu-Gi-Oh! and I had to get my revenge. I don't really remember much, but he got out his Lord of the D. and a Blue Eyes. I got rid of Lord of D. with Fissure and then I used Change of Heart on BEWD and won.
Me - 8000-5000?
Him - 8000-6200-4400-0

Second Match
This was pretty much a one sided match-up. He wasn't getting any good cards out. I remember him at 3800 and I had Jinzo out, all I had in my hand was Witch of the Black Forest, so I summoned it and attacked him for 3500! His next card was Malevolent Nuzzle r.. My game!
Me - 8000-5000?
Him - 8000-6200-3800-300

Round 3 - First Match - Me vs. Heather (Exodia)
This girl got second place in the last tournament so I was kinda scared. I got Jinzo out really fast, but I couldn't attack because of her Swords of Revealing Light. I had her LP down really far, but she got out Exodia too fast for me. Only time my LP went down was when I used Solemn Judgment.
Me - 8000-4000
Her - 8000-4100

Second Match
This one lasted a little longer. I got her LP down to 1800! I had four 1800 attack monsters out. The she used Swords of Revealing Light. As soon as I was able to attack I hit, the card I now hate the most, Mystic Tomato, and she won! Yea, I know what your thinking, "She couldn't have won, Mystic Tomato doesn't bring the card to her hand." The judge said that Exodia could either be on the field or in your hand.
Me - 8000-7500
Her - 8000-4400-2600-800-1800

Props:
Me for getting 2nd in my first tournament.
Rick for hosting the tournament.
Card Corner for letting Rick host the tournament there.
Nobleman of Crossout for helping me get through the first 2 rounds.
Jarred's dad for getting Mike out in the first round.

Slops:
Jarred for getting Mystical Space Typhoon before I could.
The long wait after beating David.
Brett for not being able to show up!
The Pharaoh's Servant pack I got! I got the almighty Prohibition?!?!
The judge said the pieces of Exodia could be in your hand or on the field!
