Next, The Deck Idea:

The basic concept of this deck is quick kill. It often works out to be a turn two or three win. I know the idea sounds a little bit to cocky or sure of itself, but the deck really works. Also, the later sets that are coming out will make this deck much better.

(i.e. Bigger 4 starred monsters)

P.S.:

This deck idea was built on a money is no problem budget, so these cards can be difficult to get. I searched long and hard to get the cards for this deck, and often overpaid for single cards. Not to mention I got really lucky with my booster packs.

Round #1 – Vs. Andrew

Andrew had a pretty good deck idea, but it didn’t work out too well. His deck was too slow for mine. After playing Dark Hole and clearing the board, I brought out Jirai Gumo, Monster Reborned my Goblin Attack Force, Put two Axe of Despair on G.A.F. and beat him down.

Second Game it was much similar, except I Space Typhooned his Mirror Force then beat him turn two.

Round #2 – Vs. Big Jim

I’ve known Big Jim for a long time and played him in several different card games, and he has great strategy, but unfortunately he had some bad luck when I played him. He brought out two ground collapses on me, and thought he had a while to stall and win, but come my turn I Space Typhooned one of them, and easily beat him with 3 open monster zones.

Second game he didn’t get any magic or trap out first turn, so I Tribute to the Doomed his only monster, and hit him with Dark Elf with an axe on it. The game didn’t get much better for him beacause I drew a Raigeki next turn and beat him on turn four.

Round #3 – Vs. Little Jim – Final Round

Little Jim is a part of the Jim family and is Big Jim’s son. Go figure. He also has good strategy. First game wasn’t too fun for me. He got Swords of Revealing Light on me and stalled long enough to get out Relinquished. Short story, he killed me with my own monsters.

Although, second game lasted two turns. Change of Heart on La Jinn, Raigeki, G.A.F, Premature Burial on Flash Assailant, Axe on La jinn and Flash Assailant, game.

Game three lasted forever. After going through half of our decks, he got out relinquished, took my monster, played Hayabusa Knight and won.

The Prize: 2 MRD boosters, 2 MRL boosters, 1 PSV booster, and 1 LOB booster.

He opened all the packs and didn’t get any foils. So…Overall, I didn’t lose much.
