Back In Black
 
Well, after a rather intense swim meet, I am back at what I do second best, talk about Yugimonz! Well enough of my life. The YGO world has been rocked by teh release of two new sets as well as a new banlist. If you haven't already picked up copies of your favorite Duelist Pack Yusei and Crimson Crisis cards, I suggest you do. There are a TON of EXCELLENT cards in there. In fact, I was hard pressed to be disappointed with ANY of the cards that I got.
 
However, what is most interesting about the set was the cards that I DIDN'T get. Black Salvo and Dark Strike Fighter are so good, how could you NOT play them? Of course the cleve Japanese have come up with an excellent deck of their own. The deck centers around clearing the field with Demise, King of Armageddon and then Dark Striker Fighter for the win.

Well, teh deck basically plays like this. You get the Demise and Contract in your hand and then clear the field. This can actually take a while with Dekoichi and Manju getting you all the stuff. Then you clear the field and normal summon Black Salvo. This will get you Dekoichi or Mechanicalchaser from your graveyard to the field. You can then Synchro for Dark Strike Fighter. Attack with both monsters and then tribute them both for Dark Strike Fighter's effect, getting you exactly game.
 
The deck is remarkably consistent, allowing massive swings in damage almost from the first turn. This is just a preliminary build, but we can already see the build taking shape. I do think that this will be one of the top decks coming up. As I am fairly sick right now, I will keep this article very short. If you do not build this, somebody will and beat you with it. You should at least have aproxy of it around to see if your deck can match it.
