Super Quantal Mech Sword Magnaslayer

"Hello! My name is Konami-fied Voltron, and I will be your proctologist today!"

Seriously, do you really want to play this card with anything besides SQ Mech King Great Magnus? He's on the card art for a reason! He basically gains 1200-ATK, has piercing, AND could make three attacks in one turn with this card. As situational as that sounds, it would be super fun to pull off and basically win the game for you.

Unfortunately, it's waaaaay too situational, even for Super Quants. Of all the support cards this theme has, Magnaslayer is on the very bottom of the importance scale. Try it if you like, just don't expect the results you want.

Score: 2/5, 1/5 if more SQ support arrives later

Super Quantal Mech Sword - Magnaslayer is a killer. You equip this Normal Trap Card to a Super Quant XYZ monster to give it piercing and an Atk boost of 100 multiplied by that XYZ monster's Rank. So after it presumably kills any problem monster, it can be sent to the grave to allow that monster to attack 2 more times. This is the OTK card that any Super Quant XYZ monster can take advantage of. Obviously you would want to save this for the King, but that isn't always an option. It should have had a Graveyard effect as well, because all the monsters already do. At least is still searchable.

Score: 3.5/5 Traps fail to Twin Twister.
Art: 5/5 That's a lot of power.
