Gogogo Ghost is a Level 4, Dark attributed Zombie, with 1900 attack and 0 defense.  Not much to say about this guy.  He's a good attacker for the theme, but that's about it.  He only gets his effect if he's Special Summoned, but you don't really want to use the effect.  You're allowed to target and Special Summon a Gogogo Golem (who isn't a terrible card I suppose) from your Graveyard in defense position.  That actually helps the Golem, but then Ghost switches to defense position himself, and recall the 0 defense.  I wouldn't fault this Deck for using one as an attacker, but you seldom need the effect.

Today we are looking at: Gogogo Ghost

“If this card is Special Summoned: You can target 1 "Gogogo Golem" in your Graveyard; Special Summon that target in face-up Defense Position, then change this card to Defense Position. You can only use the effect of "Gogogo Ghost" once per turn.”

So we have a Gogogo (ggg) monster with 1900 attack AND the ability to bring back a golem if he is in your grave? That’s neat. Normally I don’t care much for effects that require 1 exact card in the grave, but he seems quite playable even if you have not been able to get a golem to grave. He sets up a quick XYZ summon into a rank 4, and gets some interesting card interactions being zombie/dark.

I am wonder if anyone will catch on to how well his archetype works as a support mash deck? Using book of life on ggg ghost? Super neat! Seriously guys make him awesome; please?

Today we have a card that belongs to one of my favorite types of monsters. ZOMBIES!!! I used to play Zombie Synchro way back in the day but this card may give Zombie decks a few new Xyz options.

Gogogo Ghost
Attribute- Dark
Types-Zombie/Effect
Level 4
If this card is Special Summoned: You can target 1 "Gogogo Golem" in your Graveyard; Special Summon that target in face-up Defense Position, then change this card to Defense Position. You can only use the effectof "Gogogo Ghost" once per turn.
ATK/1900 DEF/0

So this monster has fantastic attack points for a level 4 monster and a really nice effect. This monster can combine with cards like Zombie Master and Book of Life to create quick rank 4 Xyz monsters. Ghost can be used to create any generic Xyz monster and even create shock masters when combined with Zombie Master or Gogogo Giant, while Gogogo Golem is in the grave. You can also special summon this monster with Pyramid Turtle and get Ghost’s effect. The only problem with this card is that it isn’t that great if Gogogo Golem isn’t in the grave.

Gogogo Ghost may not be seeing much play right now but Gogogo zombie decks could be decently competitive with the upcoming TCG release of Lavalval Chain. Lavalval Chain will help send Gogogo Golem to the grave quickly and add more consistency to Gogogo Zombie decks.

Advanced- 3/5
-This is my rating for this card right now but it might actually be seeing a lot more play in the future. It all depends on whether or not Lavalval Chain will really help the deck compete with the rest of the meta.

Traditional- 1.5/5
-Ghost is just way too slow here.

Art-5/5
This art is amazing. I almost wish it was shiny but instead it’s just a common. If this card was shiny it would be very cool-looking rare card.

Next up is the latest in the Gogogo series of Yuma monsters, Gogogo Ghost. It is interesting to see a Zombie in a main hero deck; usually Zombies are reserved for the bad guys.

Anyways, Gogogo Ghost has an effect very similar to fellow member Gogogo Giant, only  Ghost gets his effect if he is Special Summoned while Giant got his from being Normal Summoned. Also thankfully Ghost doesn’t have the awful when it attacks switch to DEF mode effect that Giant has. Of course being a zombie means there are lots of ways of special summoning him, so you can easily get out a Rank 4 Xyz monster, which is really what the Gogogo series is all about.

Overall a good addition to the Gogogo archetype and a solid monster on his own. If you play the other Gogogo monster you will be playing this guy
