All right folks, it's going to be short and sweet today. There isn't much to be said about a one turn equip that returns into your deck during the End Phase.

This card can ONLY be equipped to E-Hero Neos. It boosts his attack by 800 to 3300 for the turn. Then, it does damage equal to the destroyed monsters attack, assuming you successfully destroy something. (Flame Wingman or Shining Flame Wingman anyone?)

It could finish a game, I suppose, but you shouldn't put such a situational Magic card in your deck. Nine times out of ten, this will be a dead draw.

Ratings:

1.25/5 all around, even in the only place it belongs.

Art: 3.5/5 Would have been cooler as a foil.

You stay classy, Planet Earth :)

Neos Force :
What is it with EHeroes and hard typecasting? They aren't broken! They don't need it!

800 ATK boost is fairly decent, and the damage this can inflict is substantial enough to warrant a look.
However, the fact it can only be equipped to one monster and that it disappears at the end of turn make this card fairly rubbish owning to its excessive situational nature.

Ok, I can tell this card is bad and I don’t even know what Elemental Hero Neos does.

An equip spell, for a single monster, that’s a fusion monster? No thanks. Get this off and you’re Jesus.

1/5.

This is for the side deck only. It totally cripples gadget/monarch/stratos orientated decks. Outside of such decks basic removal makes more sense. This is due to running a main deck card that does not offer mainstream support. It is narrow in what it does and as such should be used only for that.

Neos Force

This card is strictly designed for Elemental Hero Neos. It turns a beastly monster into a damage generating machine.

You gain 800 ATK to destroy a monster in Battle and then deal damage equal to its original ATK to the opponent. I don’t think it’s that bad. And besides Elemental Heroes/Destiny Heroes have very creative ways to Special Summon monsters.

Last Word: It’s not a bad card at all. Too bad it only works for this one monster though. Definitely could have been better.

Sorry about the non-post last night guys. There will definitely be a post today!

Thanks for the patience guys!

Turkeyspit Neos Force

What is it with Elemental Heroes and silly equip cards?

Bubbleman has Bubble Blaster
Sparkman has Spark Blaster
Wildheart has Cyclone Boomerang

And now Elemental Hero Neos has this jank.

Just to be clear, this equip card would be amazing on anything other than Elemental Hero Neos. An 800 ATK boost and the chance to do extra Burn damage? That's pretty good! What's bad about this card is that it can only be equipped to a 2-Tribute Vanilla monster that isn't all that good to begin with.

And even if you were to run Neos in a Normal Monster deck, this card would just be too situational.

Suivant-Next!

Traditional:

1/5 - Equips? What's an Equip?

Advanced:

1/5 - I don't care how much you like Elemental Heros; United We Stand / Mage Power is still better then this.

Card Art:

2/5 - The Guyver activates his White Lightning Blast!

It’s the middle of the week once again! For today’s CotD, we take a look at…..

STON-EN039
NEOS FORCE
[Equip Spell Card]
Equip only to "Elemental Hero Neos". It gains 800 ATK. When it destroys a monster by battle and sends it to the Graveyard, inflict damage to your opponent equal to the original ATK of the destroyed monster. During the End Phase, shuffle this card into the Deck.

Okay, let’s add this up…

The monster this is equipped to gains 800 attack, Not bad. And, when it destroys a monster and sends it to the graveyard, the opponent takes damage equal to that monsters original attack. It’s Flame Wingman in Equip Spell form, which isn’t at all undesirable. If these two effects were all that were to this card, I might actually like this card.

In order to “balance” this card out, and when I say balance, I mean destroy, this card can only be equipped to a 2 tribute 2500 attack normal monster. And if that wasn’t bad enough, this card goes back to the deck at the end of the turn, so you don’t even get prolonged use out of the effect. These two lines of text makes this card quite bad, even in an E-Hero deck.

Sorry for the short review, but I can’t see a way of justifying this card.

Neos Force

  1. It’s an equip card not named Snatch Steal nor Premature Burial. So it’s already doing bad.
  2. It’s Ehero support
  3. It only works with a specific high level vanilla monster not named Blue-Eyes White Dragon or Dark Magician
  4. It offers no form of card advantage
  5. It goes back into your deck at the end of turn to be a deadweight draw later

It fails.

We went from yesterday’s great example of theme support, to today.

Traditional: 0.1/5 Not Chaos, Dark World or OTK

Advanced: 0.1/5
