Ryoga
Gravekeeper's Spear Soldier:
Ah, how often we return to the Gravekeeper's.

As has been said many times before, the Gravekeeper's are a fine deck type, but their complete reliance on Necrovalley, a very easily destroyed card, holds them back from any levels of greatness. This is probably the second best of them, as trample is a generally useful effect, especially on a 2000ATK body.

Advanced: 2.5/5

DeathJester

Gravekeeper’s Soldier

Gravekeeper’s Soldier is one of very few in the Gravekeeper line; his ability is dealing Piercing damage. Great thing about him is that his effect applies even without Necrovalley. However, a 1500 ATK Piercing monster isn’t much to be afraid of.

His strength relies in ATK modifiers like Necrovalley, Rush Recklessly, Shrink, and Equip Spells.

I want Gravekeepers to be so competitive, but they get train-wrecked by Deck Devastation Virus. Anyone found any solutions to this? Or is playing against Dark World a bad thing?

Last Word: He’s not one of the worst, but not the best either. Assailant is the most deadly of the Gravekeeper monster family. At least Gravekeeper’s Soldier is a 2000 ATK beater after Necro hits the board. Maybe Ameen Bahar can convince me otherwise on my opinion of Gravekeepers? ^_^
