The Hand Control Deck -Android Psycho Shocker LK

The hand control deck. Yes. The idea is to tie down your opponent as much as possible. 
Now. How DO you actually do it. You use knock off cards like Hino Taku Tsughi, 
White Magical Hat, and Don Zaloog, and Drop off. This makes for exploiting the 
under belly of your opponent, especially one that uses strategy.

The aim of this deck is to control your opponents'
hand to control the whole game and to DOMINATE the whole game. The aim of BLS is to 
take it out of captivity once the Chaos Deck vanishes off the face of the earth. 
47 cards is a little heavy, but it is sort of stallish. Of course some messenger 
of peaces would do nicely.
