Yu-Gi-Oh Card Tip.....Duel Burn Tactics by Tkwiget "Tkwiget" This is a deck that features a "duel burn" design. The idea is to burn life points and burn their deck away to keep up the sickening combos. Having bad hands isn't necessarilly that common IMO. Monsters: 15 3 Needle Worm 3 Des Koala 3 Solar Flare Dragon 2 Stealth Bird 2 Hiro's Shadow Scout 1 Cyber Jar 1 Morphing Jar Magic: 18 3 The Shallow Grave 3 Book of Moon 3 Book of Taiyou 3 Soul Reversal 3 Emergency Provisions 1 Card Destruction 1 Pot of Greed 1 Scapegoat Trap: 10 3 Desert Sunlight 3 Greed 2 Compulsory Evacuation Device 2 Major Riot There we go, a 43 card Duel Burning deck. I am not really sure how Nobleman of Crossout would effect this deck, so I didn't put in a lot of defensive cards to actually make it not work. But of Greed does damage with Hiro's Shadow Scout, Morphing Jar, and Card Destruction, then I really don't care about Crossout since I have a duel burn system here. Just let me know what you think. The idea is to make sure that your opponent is losing life points and losing cards from their deck in the process. Greed helps with that. The recursion of The Shallow Grave and Soul Reversal help reuse cards such as Needle Worm, Cyber Jar, and any other monster in the deck. Cards that might be a problem to face against are Nobleman of Crossout. Granted they most likely will run two of the suckers. But I wouldn't be too worried about it since you'd be planning on running Desert Sunlight. A trap card that allows you to exacute every one of your face down monsters effects. So for example lets say you had Needle Worm, Needle Worm, and Cyber Jar on the field. Since Desert Sunlight flips them all up, you can deside the order of which those monster effects resolve. So basically they lost ten cards from their hand and then Cyber Jar forces another five cards to be thinned from their deck. Since Greed doesn't work with that, at least now you can help in destroying their deck. Another card that would be really effective against this deck that isn't exactly used a lot, but would be surprizing to see used. Royal Command. It's basically Ha Des in a continuous Trap Card and that can really destroy this deck. Here is another card that you could consider adding to the deck in place of some monsters. Lava Golem. Since the deck runs the Compulsory Evacuation Device + Major Riot combo, I'd have to suggest this would be an excellent way of not only reuseing your flip effect monsters once you flip them, but it also would be an excellent method of clearing the field of your opponent's monsters. Since your opponent would have less monsters, you can reuse that Lava Golem to continuously remove their monsters. A good card to use with Lava Golem is Flint. A RSD equip magic card that decreases attack by 300 but when the monster is destroyed it jumps to another face up monster. Also the monster can't attack you so for Lava Golem's sake, it's basically a big wall that sucks 1000 life from your opponent while it can't attack. Pretty sick IMO. Also the main features of this deck that make it "Duel Burn" is the aspect of Morphing Jar, Card Destruction, and Hiro's Shadow Scout with Greed. They lose from 1500 life points to close to 3000 a pop! This isn't involving any other effects as well being used. So chances are this will hurt them pretty badly.
