Hey guys!
    A couple of days ago I went to the RDS Sneak Preview at the Fort 
    Worth Convention Center, and for 50 bucks, I got 270 something cards, 
    so now I have all the commons and I'm only missing 15 cards. Anywho, 
    I decided to do a card review on Homonculus The Alchemic Being.
Homonculus The Alchemic Being
Light/Plant, 4 stars, 1800 ATK-1600 DEF
EFFECT: You can change the attribute of this monster. This effect can 
only be used once per turn.
            At first glance this doesn’t look like anything special. 
            Not searchable by anything, average ATK, PLANT???!!! Being 
            Light is always a plus, but it’s the effect that makes this 
            card stand out. Before this set comes out, the only place you 
            would find this card would be in a theme deck. With the release 
            of Rise of Destiny, this card becomes much more playable. Two 
            cards it works well with are Nightmare Penguin and Harpie Lady 1.
Nightmare Penguin
Water/Aqua, 4 stars, 900 ATK-1800 DEF
Effect: When this card is flipped face-up, send one card on your 
opponent’s side of the field to the owners hand. Increase the ATK 
of all Water monsters on your side of the field by 200 as long as 
this card is face up on the field.
            This card is great. Homonculus suddenly has 2000 ATK, and 
            Legendary Ocean makes it stronger. Sending a card up to the 
            owner’s hand is awesome, seeing as how it doesn’t have to 
            be a monster. Solid defense, so it wont be destroyed too easily.
Harpie Lady 1
Wind/Winged-Beast. 4 stars, 1300 ATK-1400 DEF
Effect: This card’s name is treated as Harpie Lady. Increase the ATK of 
all Wind monsters on your side of the field by 300 as long as this card 
remains face up on the field.
            Only place you’d find this card would be in a Harpie deck. 
            (Yes I’ m spelling that right) It boosts itself up, and 
            Homonculus goes up to 2100. 
Not bad for a four star.
            In all, Homonculus is fun to use, but don’t expect to see 
            it win any regionals. 
 
Decks to be used in: Harpie, Water, Chaos, whatever I’ll write again!
