Masked Dragon + Red Eyes B. Dragon

Place Masked Dragon in defense mode and wait.  When its destroyed if the 
opponent has another monster that can attack, fetch another Masked Dragon 
and place it in defense mode.  If not, fetch a Red Eyes B. Chick.  On your 
turn, put the Red Eyes B. Dragon into play by tributing the Red Eyes B. 
Chick.  Quick, easy and effective.

In a pinch, you can always just tribute the replacement Masked Dragon or 
Red Eyes B. Chick to bring out Summoned Skull or whatever else.
