Subject: StarCraft comparison part 2 by Josh Aight, now that the terran r dun, which by the way, I forgot 2 mention terran are kinda like the group effort guys who need to fit with each other well. O.K., now for the swarmers, the Zerg Zergling-Stray Lambs(if they had sum attack)-Zerglings are cheap moneywise and u get two for the price of one! U can get a ton of them real quick, and they attack quite fast, excellent for blitzkrieg. Hydralisk-Spirit of the Rock-The backbone of the Zerg forces, it does quite well alone, but is overly lethal in groups. Lurker-Tribe Infecting Virus-The Lurker is an evolved Hydralisk, and no u don't have to sacrifice to make it attack in StarCraft. The awesome deal about the Zerg is that some ground units can burrow, making themselves invisible, but unable to attack. The Lurker has to burrow to attack, and it affects multiple enemies in a line. It also kinda looks like Tribe Infecting Virus. Defiler-Ojama Trio-This one was hard, but it can cause pain for your opponent. It can't attack, but it uses abilities that can make your ground units temporarily invincible (including itself), it can deal up to 300 damage over time to units in its area of effect (makes it easier to infest Terran Command Centers, u'll see what I mean in a bit), and it can *gulp* devour your own ground units for energy for these abilities. It can burrow too, much like the Lurker, Hydralisk, and Zergling. Infested Terran-Exiled Force-I can't remember if I did Exiled on the Terran list, but o well. Infested Terran are made at Infested Command Centers, and they suicide into ground enemies, dealing a massive 500 damage over a small area, good when you're surrounded. Now air Mutalisk-Curse of Dragon-Looks almost the same, and almost just as useless, but like the Curse, it can become mush more powerful... Guardian-Gaia the Dragon Champion(ground attack only)-Really strong and capable of killing stuff from supreme range, this is one of the best anti-ground units. Devourer-Gaia the Dragon Champion(air attack only)-You guessed it, Guardian and Devourer are both evolved forms of Mutalisk(jeez, it sounds like I'm doing Pokemon). Unlike the Guardian, Devourer is anti-air and fast-moving. Slow attack speed, but it leaves acid spores in enemies affected by its attack and splash. These spores:a) Slow down the unit's move speed, b) Lower affected unit's armor, and c) Decrease unit's attack speed. An enemy flier can have up to 9 spores, lethal. Queen-Insect Queen-its abilities are unique and it can't attack. It can: a)Infest very weak Command Centers, b)use Ensnare to reveal hidden units and slow enemies caught in its path, c) hit an enemy with parasite, which lets u see whatever that unit sees(get a sneak peek of their base), and d) the ability that makes it like Insect Queen, Spawn Broodlings. It targets an enemy biological unit, kills it, and makes two broodlings, which are kinda weak and have a limited life span, kinda like Insect Queen's effect. Scourge-Exiled Force-Like Zerglings, cheap and makes two. Like Infested Terran, suicides, but no area-affect. This is the air version of the Infested Terran, suiciding into enemy air units with 110 attack. What's really fun is to ram these into enemy Battlecruisers or Carriers(Protoss, coming soon), which are frikkin expensive. About 10 Scourge will take 1 of these down, if not less than 10. Overlord-Ceasefire-I don't know! I had to think of something that could reveal unknown stuff. It can also be used as a transport for ground units. That's it for now, Protoss list coming soon!
