This is my first submission on Pojo, so dont expect to much out of it. 
(Assuming this gets posted on Pojo, but if your readin it now... 
it probably got posted)

As long as this card remains face up on the field, all effects of magic, 
trap and/or effect monster cards that involve graveyards are negated and 
neither player can remove cards in the graveyard from play. In addition, 
increase the ATK and DEF of all monsters that includes “Gravekeeper’s” in 
their card name by 500 points.

Read the first half of that effect...now doesnt that open up a bunch of 
doors?

Even without the Gravekeepers, this can be an effective card, and if you 
happen to play a Gravekeeper or two, then thats a bonus

That can negate a lot of cards, such as Sangan, Witch, Nimble Momonga, 
Giant Germ, Giant Rat, Mystic Tomato, UFO Turtle, Manticore of Darkness, 
Monster Reborn, Premature Burial, Call of the Haunted...and MUCH more...

if you play most of these cards, your probably thinking, "why the heck is 
this idiot tellin me to consider Necrovalley?"

You should ONLY consider playing Necrovalley if you only play a small 
amount of these cards in your deck

Now, lets read more of this cards effect

*In a pathetic commercial announcers voice*: Are you tired of losing 
to those pesky Chaos monsters? or what about losing monsters in your 
graveyard to Kycoo? Well, we have the answer to your problem, play 
Necrovalley...

If you run very little (or none) of these kind of monsters, that could 
definately help...

Necrovalley can be an effective card if played at the right time, and 
if your opponent for some reason cares to MST it, that ok, because that 
means they used their MST on your field card, not on a possible powerful 
trap card that you have face down
