some casual deck ideas - Machineking

I'm going to show and explain some deck ideas. These are most likely not ourney worthy, but fun to play. So let's get started.

Final Countdown 20 turns seems like a long time, but remember, your opponent's turn counts as well. So think of it as 10 of your turns if you want.

This is, also, the only deck that makes use of Pyro Clock of Destiny. Use 3 to cut the turns down to 17.

Use Gravity Bind and Messenger of Peace to blcok your opponent's attacks. Also use a lot of magic negation.

Unfortunately, the banning of Imperial Order and Fiber Jar weakens this deck.

Gradius This deck has a lot of support from Gradius' Option and Shinning Angel. These cards provide great speed beacuse SA will summon your Gradius from your deck. Gradius' Option can be searched by Sangan and Witch and are special summoned.

Also, a United We Stand is a killer here.

Berserk Dragon These are a little hard to build. They need Summoner of Illusions to special summon a level 8 or higher monster to the field (i.e. Black Skull Dragon).
Deal with a Dark Ruler is a quickplay. So set it, set Summoner, they attack Summoner, its flipped, sacrifice a monster (Scapegoat and Physical Douple are useful here), special summon BSD,  activate DWaDR when it dies at the end of the turn, and viola! Special summon a Berserk Dragon from your deck.

Big Bang Shot is great here.

Different Dimension Dragon Again, we have Shining Angel. Also, Gora Turtle keeps monsters with an attack of 1900 or more from attacking. Place this on the field along with DDD equipped with Raregold Armor and you've got your opponent in lockdown. Keep DDD in faceup defense mode and add some direct attackers and you've got a half-way decent deck.

Also, for a mean combo, have a Torrential Tribute set, summon DDD, activate TT, and destroy all monsters on the field except DDD itself.

So these are just a few ideas of mine. Hate me? Like me? send your emails to marc_ricky89@yahoo.com

See ya!
