My name is Eli and you may
have read some of my earlier posts as Eli the duelist. Agree or disagree I
respect all opinions, the only opinion that is worthless is one not given. I
will continue to add tips and hopefully I will receive more mail from other
players, especially any female players in the Mississippi area. anyway without
further adieu I would like to say a few things.
this game is meant to
be fun and at the current rate the meta game will shift only to a new
conformity, you cannot blame a duelist for using a strategy that works but
atleast change the strategy in some way to make it in some way original. sure
beatdown and control are great, i even give credit to chaos decks. the fact is
there are a lot of things you can do in this game to make your deck strong,
the problem in the metagame occurs when people place more value over winning
instead of making the game fun. we all joined to have fun, not to be bored out
of our mind by carbon copy decks. in short IM saying before you play the
strategy someone has used before remember this, if  someone else has used
it that means the people that played him previously know it too and there
could be a counter strategy that you don't know about. So change it up a bit
and be unpredictable, it works a lot better than making the exact same
  deck.
