The New Warriors-Anteaus

Okay, everybody knows what a warrior deck is and what needs to go into one. I'm not going to berate everybody on what needs to go into a warrior deck because everybody already knows. I'm going to be talking about warriors that nobody thinks of using. Yes, nobody. Everyone is too concerned about how shiny their deck is or how pretty this card looks. Who cares if the card is a common? Sorry, getting sidetracked.
Anyway, onto the "unknowns" of warriors.
First, the monsters:

Karate Man: lvl 3, 1000/1000
Automatically you think, what is so good about this card? Well, I'll tell you: his effect. You can double his attack points to 2000, but then he's destroyed. That's okay, because you'll probably be running 2-3. He's expendable, which is nice because you can activate his effect during your opponent's turn, and his effect is applied until the end of the turn. Use this with Secret Pass to the Treasures, and you've got yourself a free 2000 direct attacker.

Blindly Loyal Goblin: lvl 4, 1800/1500
Better than Gearfried, let me tell you right now. His stats are good, because he can be searched for by witch. Another upside to this card is he can't be used against you (unless he's Monster Reborned), which is nice because if you've got him powered up, he's not easily destroyed.

Hayabusa Knight: lvl 3, 1000/700
This card isn't as good as the other double hitter, but he's still pretty decent. He gets under Gravity Bind, which is good, and Messenger of Peace. Also, his effect can be used with Secret Pass too, especially if you power him up after playing Secret Pass. That hurts a lot.

Giant Rat: lvl 4, 1400/1450
DO NOT UNDERESTIMATE THIS CARD. It's ability to bring out any--repeat, any--earth monster with an ATK of 1500 or less is incredible. Free Injection, free Captain, free just about anything. This card is killer in any earth-based warrior deck.

Mataza the Zapper: lvl 3, 1300/800
Hayabusa Knight, meet Blindly Loyal Goblin. Because that's what this card is. Double attacker, plus a BLG effect is hard to beat.

Getsu Fuhma: lvl 4, 1700/1200
This card is cool too, because when it battles with a Fiend or Zombie, it's destroyed at the end of the Damage Step. Since a lot of people run V-Lord and Archfiend decks, it's a good card to have.

Gigantes: lvl 4, 1900/1500
This one's not a warrior, but his effect is still great. Remove 1 earth monster in your graveyard to special summon him, then when he's destroyed by battle, destroy all S/T cards on the field. Great destroy card.

Okay, onto the Magic cards:
Again, I'm not going to state the staples, because everybody knows what they are.

The A. Forces
Continuous Magic
Come on. In this type of warrior deck, this card rules. Especially when played after playing Secret Pass (I love that card) on Hayabusa Knight with 3 or 4 warriors out. It gives all your warriors a 200 ATK boost for each warrior and spellcaster on your side of the field. Cool.

Gaia Power
Field Magic
This card is also really cool, because most cards in this type of deck are earth. Power boost, plus A. Forces and any other power-ups makes this card a must.

Fusion Sword Murasme Blade
Equip Magic
Can only be equipped to warriors, but gives them an 800 ATK boost, and it can't be destroyed by effects that destroy magic cards. So, it can equip to Gearfried. Yeah.

Lightning Blade
Equip Magic
Powers up a warrior by 800, but decreases all water monsters by 500. A great equip in my opinion.

Now, the traps:
Pretty much all I can think of is:

Ready for Intercepting
Normal Trap
Switches one warrior or spellcaster's position. Not bad if you need to stop that Injection or Gemini.

Now, for the quick warrior deck using these cards:

Monsters (18):

2x Marauding Captain (staple)
1x Injection Fairy Lily
2x Karate Man
2x Hayabusa Knight
2x Mataza the Zapper
3x Giant Rat
2x Getsa Fuhma
2x Blindly Loyal Goblin
2x Gigantes

Magic (20):

Monster Reborn
Change of Heart
Dark Hole
Raigeki
Heavy Storm
Harpie's Feather Duster
Graceful Charity
Pot of Greed
2x The A. Forces
2x Gaia Power
2x Reinforcement of the Army
2x Warrior Returning Alive
2x Fusion Sword Murasame Blade
2x Lightning Blade

Trap (6):

3x Ready for Intercepting
Magic Cylinder
Mirror Force
Ring of Destruction

TOTAL: 44

Sidedeck (15):

2x Barrel Behind the Door
2x Freed the Matchless General
3x Mystical Space Typhoon
2x Goblin Attack Force
2x Don Zaloog
2x Sasuke Samurai
2x Secret Pass to the Treasures

This deck is really powerful if you use it right, as I know. I used to run this deck (almost), and I did relatively good with it. So, if you liked this, please e-mail me @ Anteaus44@aol.com and tell me what you think. Thanks for the time!
