Hey, I was looking through some packs of IOC that I just bought recently, and I came upon a pretty good combo. It involves Granadora, Black Tyranno, Ultra Evolution Pill, and Zero Gravity.
 
Confused?
 
Let me Explain.
 
When you summon Granadora, you gain 1000 life points, but if its destroyed you lose 2000, well thats where Ultra Evolution Pill comes in.
 
Ultra Evolution Pill allows you to offer a reptile monster to summon one dinosaur monster from your hand. Simply summon Granadora, gain the 1000 life points, then activate Ultra Evolution Pill to offer Granadora for any Dinosaur card in your hand, preferably Black Tyranno. If I'm right, then you won't lose the the 2000 life points because you offered Granadora, you didn't destroy it.
 
Now the best part of the combo.
 
Now that u have Black Tyranno on the field, you have 2600 attack beatstick on the field, but its effect is what this combo wants to acheive.
 
Black Tyranno's effect states that if ur opponent has nothing but Defense mode monsters, it may attack directly. and if ur opponent has any monsters at all, most likely they'd be in Face-up attack of face-down defense. If all your opponents monsters are in face-down defense, just simply attack directly, but if they have any monsters in attack mode, here comes the part that will make your opponent wish that Black Tyranno was extinct.
 
Here's were Zero Gravity comes in...
 
Zero Graity changes the postion of all face up monsters on the field, I'm sure alot of the people reading this are catching on, but for those who don't, keep reading.
 
Just simply special summon Black Tyranno in face-up defense mode since Ultra Evolution Pill does not state what position your Dino has to be Summoned in.  Now activate Zero Grvaity to switch Black Tyranno to Attack mode and all your opponents attack mode mosters to defense.(Don't worry it only effects face-up monsters) Now you can watch ur opponents anger as they take 2600 points of damage.
 
So with this combo you gain 1000 life points and your opponent loses 2600, showing off soem primal power at the same time.
 
P.S. for most players this is an understood thing, but for the rest of you, you should use m/t removal before attempting this or if ur opponent has a bunch of attack monster and a face-up defense monster, use monster removal to save the hassal and the combo.
