Subject: Newbie Deck Building Strategy - Rook Seven

As one of the higher ranking duelists in my area, I've noticed a trend 
lately where kids who are fairly new to this game have had decks which 
stacked well into the hundreds of cards. I've been helping out whenever I 
can so I thought that I'd post this in order to reach a larger area.

Monsters        - 16-to-20
Lv. 5/6 Monsters - 3
Lv. 7/8 Monsters - 2
Magic        - 14-to-18
Trap        - 9

If you use these numbers as a basis for your deck you'll have a much easier 
time than if you were to just throw in every card that you own. Also 
remember that while none of these numbers are by any means set, it's always 
best to try and stay between 40 and 50 cards. Anything more and you run the 
risk of not being able to get the cards that you need when you need them.
