Subject: How to make a GOOD Exodia deck. How to make a GOOD Exodia deck. First off, I have tried out many Exodia decks. This list includes: * Speed Thin: Where you use thinning cards like Nimble Momonga, Thunder Dragon, and Burbomic Vermin to thin down you deck as much as possible. You also use many draw cards to thin your deck down. * Speed Launch: You use the Cannon Soldier to launch Sangans and Witches to get peices then reborn them and launch. A very good card in this kind of deck is Last Will. * Beatdown Exodia: Use beatdown cards to have another way to win. Usually very slow if you use Gravity Bind or Messenger of Peace with it. Personally I've found Speed Launch works the best so I will tell you how to make a good Exodia deck with Speed Launch. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Monsters: You want to use cards like Cannon Soldier to launch your Witches and Sangans fast, but first you must get the Sangans and Witches. Use cards like Mystic Tomato Here is what I suggest. x5 Exodia Peices x1 Sangan x1 Witch of the Black Forest x2 Mystic Tomato x2 Magician of Fiath x2 Penguin Soldier x2 Cannon Soldier x3 Nimble Momonga I put Nimbles in their becuase they clutter up your side of the field making it harder for your opponent to attack your life points. You also gain life points which will help you in the long run. Cannon Soldier launches Witch and Sangan and Mystic Tomato searches for the Witch and Sangan. Magician of Fiath gets back reborn cards and drawing cards like Pot of Greed. Magic: Use plenty of drawing cards. I know they go in Speed Thin, but they work in any Exodia deck. What also is big in this deck is reborning cards. Shallow Grave is one some people over look in Exodia decks. x1 Monster Reborn x1 Premature Burial x1 Dark Hole x1 Painful Choice x1 Upstart Goblin x1 Pot of Greed x2 Graceful Chairty x2 Shallow Grave x2 Last Will Dark Hole not only destroys your opponents monsters, but may destroy a Sangan or Witch so use it over Raigkei. Painful Choice + Backup Soldier = 3 Peices of Exodia, but make sure you don't pick the head for you opponent to send to the graveyard. Upstart Goblin draws a card. Whos cares if your opponent gains 1000 Life Points. Your trying to get the automatic win. Pot of Greed and Graceful Chairty are obvious so I won't even explain. Last Will. If you launch a Sangan or Witch while you use Last Will you get an Exodia peice and the other in your deck, if it is still there, and that thins you deck out by 2. If you get the other searcher you thin your deck by another card and another Exodia peice. Trap: I've found that cards like Gravity Bind do help so use 2 or 3 of them. Torrential Tribute does a good job of killing your opponents monster and your Witch or Sangan. You must use some counter so your opponent can't discard your peices. x1 Imperial Order x1 Torrential Tribute x2 Solemn Judgment x2 Magic Jammer x2 Gravity Bind Imperial Order, Solemn Judgment, and Magic Jammer all stop your opponent from using magic and I've found that the 2 Solemn Judgment is a must. It stops Jinzo and harmful traps as well. Torrential Tribute kills off Sangan and Witch so you can search for peices of Exodia. Rember that you must, or should keep your Exodia deck at 40 cards in order for it to be most effective. I hope this has helped you so go out and win some duels with your Exodia deck!
