Last Will can only be used once, for one monster.

Subject: Yu-Gi-Oh card ruling for "Last Will" infinite summoning

Dear Ma'am or Sir:

I am requesting that you post an even more specific ruling on the card "Last Will" for the Yu-Gi-Oh CCG that you are publishing.  This concerns the combo of using "Cannon Soldier" and/or "Catapult Turtle" in conjunction with "Last Will".  Many people (including judges at official Upper Deck Yu-Gi-Oh sanctioned tournaments) seem to be under the impression that you can have "Cannon Soldier" on the field, any other monster card, and "Last Will" and that you can tribute the monster on the field to use "Cannon Soldier's" effect, special summon another monster with "Last Will", tribute that monster once again for "Cannon Soldier's" effect use the same "Last Will" card again and keep doing this over and over with the same "Last Will" card that was originally used to start this combo.  According to the Japanese ruling:  only one monster can be special summoned with only one "Last Will" card, no more no less.  Please post the correct ruling for this on your official site for Yu-Gi-Oh.  Thank for posting the correction and making the game more playable and fun.  You have a wonderful CCG on your hands;  thanks for bringing it to the U.S.

                                                                                                                            Sincerely,
                                                                                                                            Roger O. Schaeffer, Jr
