Subject: Magic Ruler Deck Restrictions!!-YugiproJ


Hey I've been getting a lot of emails as to what upperdeck will be restricting from magic ruler!! I think they are watching for what cards will really cause the most trouble in tournaments!! I am here to let all of you know which cards have potential deck limitations! Here they go:

One per deck:
Confiscation/ Mischevious Twin Demons!! These cards are restricted in Japan so I see no reason to not restrict them here!! These cards are very powerful!! 1000 Lp to activate is nothing, trust me!! You can destroy a persons well thought out plan with these cards! They are very strong!

Cyber Jar- If any of you thought that you would acually be able to pack 3 in your deck your retarted! This card is very powerful! Japanese decks still consider this a staple! It can single handedly win you a duel!! Cmon its a flip dark hole If that does not scream restrcition then what does!

Snatch Steal- This is chnage of hearts weaker counter part! I was a little iffy on whether or not this would get the one per deck or 2 per deck limitation! It is very powerful We're talking permanent control here!! And you could always tribute it to prevent the lp gain!

2 per deck limitaion-
Giant trunade! This is the only one i think will get the restriction! It is pretty much heavy storm.

Maybe Megamorph- This is giant growth from the infamous one turn kill deck!! It was restricted in japan for awhle then the restricton was lifted so i do not know what will happen with this card!!

Killer tomato/ shining angel etc.. these are great exodia helpers they can speed up the process of geeting witches and sangan so they could be restricted!! Probably not though!!
