Abstract, you say?  Why?  So I can get alphabeticaly superiority over the 
other ppl posting... why should the great one (or even me for that matter) 
have to be at the bottom or middle of a posting list?

Anyways, onto some reviews and then some wacky stuff ppl may not yet know 
or realize... stuff which I may not actually have an answer for.


First the reviews, and first of those is Maha Vailo.

     Good card, I like HER and think SHE has a place in pretty much any 
Light-type deck or in any Tea-theme deck.  SHE has a lovely little +500 ATK 
for ANY/EVERY equip card on her.  SHE can gain power very quickly due to 
HER effect.  1550/1400 isnt much for the GIRL, but its enough to do damage 
during a Sheild & Sword and the potential with raising HER stats is simply 
huge.  I give HER a:

3.99  SHE isnt quite in what I call the 4.0 range as SHE isnt quite that 
versatile, but SHE does have potential in multiple deck types.

By the way, I suppose ppl wonder why every SHE, HER, and GIRL is 
capatalized, this is because certain ppl locally and on a certain review 
staff appeared to not have actually LOOKED AT THE CARD before their 
review... or theyre blind... Ill figure out which one later I guess ;)


Onto the Messenger of Peace.

Great stall card, useful in almost any type of deck to keep at least 1 in 
case bad times descend.  You may ONLY stop payment of the 100 LP during 
your STANDBY PHASE meaning BEFORE you DRAW.  You CANT wait to see if you 
drew a good card, and THEN let it destroy itself.  That would be ILLEGAL. 
Vulnerable to the popular Storms and MSTs around, but what Magic/Trap card 
isnt.  Nice for a Swords of Revealing Light effect, without flipping your 
enemys creatures as flipping your enemys creature FOR THEM is BAD in the 
current environment.

4.0 Ever so slightly more versatile and useful than the above card, doesnt 
rate being in every deck, but MOST decks should keep one if they ever think 
theyll need a stall.  Sure its only 1 in your deck, but you must have faith 
in the Heart of the Cards ;)


Toon World.

You put this card in a Toon Deck or a Pegasus-theme deck.  Then, you summon 
Toons.  Or you get your Pegasus-Deck exclusive Toons onto the field, then 
use this at the right moment to hit direct without wasting the 1000 LP 1 
turn earlier.  More on that when the Pegasus Deck comes, but not ALL Toons 
require Toon World to be in play, 4 future Toons will not.

Toon Decks: Not/Rated  Its the theme of the deck, you cant give the THEME a 
CARD RATING... you ppl must be nuts.

Other decks: 1.01  You may pay 1000 LP to place this paperweight on the 
field... it can uh... distract your opponent and make them THINK youre 
going to use Toons... unless they knew that youd think they youre using 
Toons so they think that you arent using Toons... but maybe you already 
think that they think that you think that they think you arent using Toons, 
and youre not using Toons so you use this card to make them think that you 
are using Toons.  THAT is the point of this card in a normal deck, no more, 
no less.

Ok maybe if its a 8000-20 lead, youll use this to take pity on them.  Ive 
had 8000-20 before, it was funny.


Relinqueshed.

Another Pegasus-inspired card.  Fun monster, but inferior to Thousand Eyes 
Restrict.  Thousand Eyes is one of my favorite monsters in the game, as 
well as one of Edos favroties.  Its little cousin forces your opponent to 
Relinquesh (get it?) control of their monsters to be consumed by 
Relinqueshed.  I think the staff averaged out to like a 2.8125 or something 
for him/her/it... Im tired and have no calculator so dont take me as being 
completely accurate.  Anyways, I give it a:

2.5  Its a fun annoyance monster, but without 3 Super Rares and 3 Ultra 
Rares and a bit of luck, this ISNT GOING TO HAPPEN HOW YOUD LIKE.  Wait for 
the FAR superior Thosuand Eyes Restrict that will not get you killed, least 
not NEARLY as quickly.


Ok, I promised you ppl weird stuff:

-With Darkness Approaches, monsters can end up face-down AND in ATK mode.

-With Curse of Fiend, it only says to switch the BATTLE POSITION of the 
monster... possibly another weirdo f/d ATK mode situation.  There is NO 
mention of Flipping at all, and if you take note of things like Stop 
Defense and Swords of Revealinght Light, youll see my point.

-All of the current Toon Monsters say 'Direct Damage' like Cannon Soldier 
and Ookazi, but is it really Direct Damage or is it a direct attack like 
Jinzo?  Can it be Waobku'd?  Can it be Mirror Forced?  Cant it be Kuriboh'd?

-Chorus of Sanctuary adds 500 to the DEF of DEF mode monsters.  You use 
Shield & Sword, THEN you switch your monster to ATK mode.  Does it lose 500 
from its ATK power that used to be DEF... or does it lose 500 from its new 
DEF value that was previously its ATK value?

-If a Gaia Power tree falls over in the forest... and the only one around 
is Kuriboh... and the tree flattens him, does he still make that weird 
annoying purring sound?
