Subject: Should YOU be playing toons? Alright, I'll start off by saying one thing: After you read this don't send me emails reading:"What are you, crazy? toons are great!!!!" or anything to that effect. These are my views and you may not agree with them, but thats your problem. Here we go. Toons SHOULD NOT be played in a tournament enviroment. Their lifepoint upkeep is to high. Let go to a scenario: You play toon world (-1000) and play a toon mermaid. My turn. Fissure. You magic jammer. Your turn. Mermaid attacks (-500). Mirror Force. you use 7 tools (-1000). I kuriboh. My turn, I use Heavy Storm. Your turn. Toon world is played (-1000). And you play Toon Mermaid. My turn. Facedown card.. Your turn. You atk directly (-500). I waboku. My turn. Dark Hole and Dark Elf atk mode (-2000). Your lp is now 2000. You play a def card and pot of greed. My turn. Tribute to the doomed the def card and Elf attacks again. I win. This situation HAPPENED to me with the *best* toon deck from that tournament. People are blindly making toon decks not realizing how hard it is to play one well. Right now, the decks are like this: #1 Hand Destruction #2 Beatdown #3 Dragon Deck #4 Direct Damage #5 Maha Vailo #6 Toon Deck #7 Gate Guardian This is all just my opinion, but if you are making a *serious* deck for tournyes, AVOID TOONS!!! Email me at kai_tenrio@hotmail.com with WORTHWHILE feedback, not "Toons are good loser!" _________________________________________________________________ Send and receive Hotmail on your mobile device: http://mobile.msn.com
