Target stores are the places that have the best price and selection. If you don't know about the tins, there are six unique designs and come with 2 LOB packs, 2 MRD packs and 1 MRL pack. This is inclusion to the unique ultimate rare card. The ultimate rare is the card that is pictured on the top of the tin. There are 6 to choose from: Dark Magician (Starter Deck artwork) Summoned Skull Lord of D. Blue-eyes White Dragon (Booster Pack artwork) Black Skull Dragon Red-eyes Black Dragon It has been rumored that one of the packs will contain an ultra rare. I'm not sure, but it seems to be true. I have bought 2 tins and got a Dark Magician (Booster) and a Time Wizard. So maybe it is true. With REBD selling at over $70, this is a good way to get one for about the price of the 5 packs inside.
