Hey i am going to talk about a little card called snatch steal. When i got my first 5 magic ruler boosters this was one of the rares i got.
I got pretty good card like giant rat, giant germ, horn of the unicorn andmanga ryu-ran in addition to the ultra rare snatch steal. Some kids in the tournys i go to trade these cards away like la jinns or 7 colored fish or maybe even a hyosube. They take crappy cards for it, one kid traded a snatch steal for a tremendous fire. I told that kid that he shouldn't have done that and he said, " that card is a change of heart on steroids. Mind you he only had one snatch steal. I told him that if you use it at the right time this card can win you a duel.
Here's a combo i thought up of:
 
snatch steal
chain energy
change of heart
toll are the cards needed.
 
Play toll and chain energy.(of course you play monster cards before you play chain energy.) Now your opponent and your self are each at 5000 life points you field is clear of monsters and traps. Now use change of heart take that blue-eyes. Your opponent says" you won't beat me i will still have 2000 life points left. now you wip out that snatch steal and take you oppponents d. magician or summoned skull, and win the duel. (remember snatch steal give your opponent life points at the stand by phase which is at the beggining of the turn.)
