Subject: Mouse Terror!!! There's a card that I've noticed that no one has posted a tip about. This card is called Bubonic Vermin. You know? That cute mouse. Or rat? Or is it a gerbil…Well anyways this is a really useful card and here's why. Here's what the card reads: FLIP: You can take 1 "Bubonic Vermin" card from your deck and special summon it on the field in face-down defense position. The deck is then shuffled. Why is this so useful you ask? Here's one example. Lets say your opponent has three powerful monsters on their side of the field. No matter what card you put into defense position, they'll just blast it away with one of their powerful monsters and reach your lifepoints anyway. Well, what you do is put down this little critter, "Bubonic Vermin" in face-down defense position. Your opponent will attack your monster thinking that this defense can't compare to their superior attack power. When they destroy this monster, it gets flipped and you get to special summon another Bubonic Vermin in face down defense position. Then they'll attack this new Bubonic Vermin and you can special summon another one on your field to protect your lifepoints once again! Of course, you'll have to have 3 in your deck in order for this card to be effective. Sure, you could use this card to protect your lifepoints, but there's other uses for this awesome card. What if you have a Barrel Dragon in your hand, but you don't have any monsters to tribute for it except one face-down bubonic vermin on your field! Well, no worrys! Just use Bubonic Vermin's flip effect to special summon one more Bubonic Vermin onto your field. (Don't worry about those pesky trap holes or Eatgaboons. It's attack power is at a fine 900.) Now that you have two Bubonic Vermins on your field, you can now normal summon that awesome Barrel Dragon. It's a quick way to get those high-level monsters out. But wait! There is one more important feature to this card. If you keep flipping Bubonic Vermin, you'll eventually pull put all three Bubonic Vermin out of your deck. That'll really lighten your deck, increasing your chances of pulling out cards like Monster Reborn and Change of Heart, when it counts! I can't tell you enough how much Bubonic Vermin has helped me in duels. And it's a common from Pharaoh's sevant so it shouldn't be too hard to find three of them. And please, if you're gonna use this card in your deck, use three of them! Two just won't cut it.
