GTA3's Top 10 Non-Tribute
Monsters
10. Goblin Attack Force - 2300 ATK
for no Tribute is crazy. Too bad he has to go to Defense mode and has 0 Defense.
That can be simply solved with Final Attack Orders or
Waboku.
9. Giant Orc - Same as Goblin except
he has 2200 Attack.
8. Berserk Gorilla - 2000 ATK and
doesn't haven't any Life Point payments, isn't a 0 Defense, Defense Mode
Switcher. The drawback? It has to attack if it can and if it is in Defense
mode it is automatically destroyed.
7. Slate Warrior - Without flipping
him, he still has the solid 1900 Attack beatstick and if your opponent hits it
with something stronger, it loses 500 Attack/Defense. Now Jinzo can be suicided
by a 1900 beatstick or easily killed from Goblin/Orc/Gorilla. And if you do Flip
him, he turn into a 2400 Attack nightmare.
6. Spear Dragon - Scapegoat
preventing you to kill your opponent? Spear Dragon can solve your problems. Poke
that little Goat and your opponent stil loses 1900 Life Points as if your Dragon
attacked directly. Too bad it is a 0 Defense, Defense Mode Switcher like Orc and
Goblin.
5. Breaker the Magical Warrior -
What do you get when you put Mystical Space Typhoon in Monster form? Breaker the
Magical Warrior of course. When he's Normal Summoned he turns into your everyday
1900 beatstick. And if your opponent has a Spell/Trap face-up or face-down, you
can simply remove Breaker's Spell Counter to get rid of
it.
4. Tribe-Infecting Virus - This is
what I like to call a Mini Dark Hole. Lets say your opponent has 2 Marauding
Captains and a Goblin Attack Force in Defense mode. They probably think
they are safe since you can't attack because of their 2 Captains. With
Tribe-Infecting Virus, they aren't. Simply discard a card and call Warrior and
their Defense is gone. Great when your facing a Theme Deck (i.e. Warrior deck,
Zombie deck)
3. X Force (Exiled
Force) - Your opponent has a suspicious face-down monster? X Force it.
Jinzo preventing you from using Mirror Force? X Force it. Is that Lily
with 3 Axes hurting you? X it.
2. Injection Fairy Lily - A
3400 Attack monster that can attack under Gravity Bind and I think Messenger of
Peace is extremly crazy. The problem is that you have to pay 2000 Life
Points to pump her up. And when you can't pay, she is a 400 Attack weenie that
is ready to get pounded.
1. Blade Knight - Even though it
hasn't been released in English game, I consider this to be the best Level 4 in
the game. Why? If you have or less cards in your hand he turns in a 2000
Attack beast. And if he is the only monster that you control, he
negates the effects of Effect Monster he destroys. Cyber Jar, Fiber Jar,
Man-Eater Bug, all gone
