Jack's Top 10 disregarded enigmas

These are the Top 10 cards that get uncrecognized, discarded, ignored, but really have more power than meets the eye. Please note that 1 is the strongest, 10 is the weakest.

10: Needle Wall: Now, I don't run this nor does anyone else I see, but I tested a Joey Deck out of all the cards I had of his and this card(along with Blind Destrcution, believe it or not) actually helped out. Sure, there's a 1 in 5 chance depending on how many mons your opponent's got, but it only applies to them. With Dice Re-Roll you've got another shot incase of misfire. This card's actually more powerful than most thought.

9: Roulette Barrel: I don't see why such hate goes towards this. None of today's monsters crush it unless equipped, which isn't too often, and plus, it's effect is something to be recognized. Like a lesser version of Barrel Dragon, this card can destroy monsters at a rather cheap cost. Firstly, you get to roll it twice, and if ever the mood calls for it you can use Dice Re-Roll. This card is easily better than Soul Tiger and Battle Footballer and should get some more recognition.

8: Kuriboh: How can you say "No!" to such a cute little guy? Although it only blocks one monster's worth of damage and carries terrible stats this card has saved me and my friends from a countless amount of times. Firstly, it's great tribute bait if you don't want to get rid of a beatstick or trample mon. And secondly it just helps when you and your opponent are on the verge of winning and they just so happen to get out a more powerful monster. This card is good for many things. Go Little Dude!

7: Shadow of Eyes: I don't see why this gets such little praise. Sure, there's ceasefire, but although it negates all their effects it negates yours too. Then there's Crossout. The only problem with Crossout is that with today's metagame you'll likely end up removing a mon you have. Now, this card has helped me win quite alot. It takes their mon which will likely have an effect, flips it, negates the effect and leaves it in attack mode. That's perfect! This card especially goes great when a heavy hitter is out like Goblin Attack Force or Skilled Dark Magician.

6: Different Dimension Capsule: I can see why this gets such little respect, but never has that instant happened. Most hate this card because it's huge removal bait. Also, if ever you wanna use Fiber Jar and it just so happens to be out you might want to wait. However, I've dueled some extreme duelists and rarely has it been MST removed. And even when it was I still won no problem. This card is the omega searcher as it can grant you anything! Besides, if you're desperate I suppose you could use Imperial Order or Magic Jammer.

5: Gravekeeper's Servant: This card is just too good to be true. Each time they deserve to attack(meaning it doesn't apply to you) they must discard the top card from their deck. Well, the best way to use this is with Ancient Telescope/Pingeonholing Books of Spell, but those aren't exactly ideal cards. Anyways, this card is just great. It might get rid of some of their greats like Vamp, Raigeki, Imperial Order, Mirror Force, Pot of Greed, etc. Sure, I've heard the saying,"Well, what if an awsome monster is discarded and they draw a revival card." Firstly, the chances of that happening is about 3 in 45. Secondly, and this is just by chance, but I've been dueling since the game(more noteworthy the card) came out and not once has that ever happened, and I've been in a ton of duels.

4: Seven Tools of the Bandit: Yes, yes, the card hated thanks to Trap Jammer and Jinzo. Of course, the chances of Jinzo being unleashed is either 1 in 45 or 2 in 90(depending on if 1 or both duelists run it, also, 45 being an approximate count). Besides, Jinzo's not invincible, he goes to the Graveyard quite alot. Now, I realize that Trap Jammer could be considered better as most activate traps during the Battle Phase, but not only does this take care of any time they use this, but the cost is minimal.. Of course, I'm sure the tons of duelists who run Confiscation and Delinquent Duo would beg to differ, but most duelists can get by 1000 no problem.

3: Big Eye: This card is just great. It's got pretty low stats, but that's not what it's renowned for. It's effect can easily give you the edge. Instead of wondering blindly what you'll draw next(or doing Heart of the Cards rituals) you can use this card and find out what you'll have for the next 5 turns, which is a pretty good number. This can help you get Pot of Greed, Fiber Jar, Monster Reborn, Raigeki, etc, a whole ton faster! Also, once flipped it might as well be tributed.

2: Mask of Darkness: Firstly may I say this(and it's counterpart Magician of Faith whom I'll review next) deserve spots in most decks(namely Chaos as Chaos is pretty popular). Recycling traps never got so fun. Seriously, Mirror Force, Ring, Cylinder, Torrential, Call of the Haunted? No problem, he'll get those limited/great traps back for reuse. It's DARK so it's good for Chaos decks, but come on, don't tell me you Don't like recycling those goodies.

1: Magician of Faith: This card is actually one of the greatest cards in the American game. Now, before I go on may I say this is another essential Chaos Deck card as it's LIGHT. Anyways, this card is definitly better than Mask as it gets Pot of Greed, Reborn, Premature, Raigeki, Graceful, etc back to the hand. How grand. Sure, it's stats don't do anything(of course hardly any flip-effect monster has good stats), but this card's effect is just too great. Spells are easily great cards if not the best and definitly deserve to be reused.

Anyways, those are the top 10 cards that deserve some more recognition.
