These are my top ten magic cards

10.Swords of Revealing Light-Stalling for three turns is great.It 
can help you draw a game winning card.

9.Dark Hole-Even though it destroys your monsters it can destroy your 
opponents Jinzo,etc.

8. Mystical Space Typhoon-Being able to destroy a face-down magic or 
trap even continuese cards is great. Can destroy Mirror Force.

7. Graceful Charity- You get to draw three cards and discard something 
really strong and reborn it.

6. Pot of Greed- I prefer it over Graceful Charity because you don't 
have to discard the cards you draw.

5. Change of Heart- You get to control one opposing monster for a turn. 
You can even sacrafice the monster for one of your own.

4. Premature Burial- You get to take one of your monsters in your 
graveyard and summon it to the field for only 800 lifepoints.

3. Monster Reborn- It is better than Premature Burial because you can 
get monsters from your opponent's graveyard and you don't have to pay any 
lifepoints.

2.Harpie's Feather Duster- You get to destroy all your opponent's magic 
and traps.

Now for number 1:
Raigeki- Destroy all your opponents monsters. Then you can reborn them.
