3 She can be searched with Witch of the Black Forest and Sangan. 
4 She can be made even more lethal with Shield and Sword.

Why? She has an atk of 2900 ! That's almost as good as Blue Eyes!

Why? Seems like everybody loves her.

 If this monster goes to the graveyard from the field put a monster with a Defense of

 Why? Her effect allows you to whip out Lily or Summoned Skull faster.

9 Harpie Lady SB/Cyber Harpie

 This monster counts as a normal Harpie Lady. Like if you play Harpie's Pet Dragon he 
would still get the power bonus off her.

Why? Dude she's the female Harpie's Brother.

10 Holy Elf/ Mystical Elf and  Harp Elf/Spirit of The Harp

Why? It's a tie between these two gals cuz they have the same stats.
Out of all the level 4 girls I think they have the best defense.
