WhOiStHaTgUy’s Top Ten Tributes (I think that is alliteration Not Sure Though) (This doesn’t include PHG) (If it did I know at least Helpoemer would be in this) 10) Soul of Purity and Light. It’s a special summon which is good. 2000 attack isn’t going to help you much though. In a Light Deck it’s great. If you run Luminous Spark it’s a 2500 attack which is good because it’s effect which lowers your opponent’s monsters by 300 attack power. Now that doesn’t seem like much but if you have Luminous Sparks out, or you have 2 of these out this adds up. It’s sort of like this 1 time when I was facing the store champ. I put out The A. Forces and they where like dude that cards sucks why would you play it? Guess who beat the Store Champ that day in both duels. With The A. Forces both times. LoL. 9) Summoned Skull. Still a great monster. I still see some people use it, and I have to give it props for having 2500 attack for 1 tribute, but it has become a little bit outdated for good effect tribute monsters. 8) Dark Ruler Ha Des. 2450 attack can kill Jinzo, and it’s effect is crazy. I’ve seen someone run a Dark Ruler deck and it was extremely good. Except he did sort of lose to me. (No offence) Still a very good card though. 7) Catapult Turtle. This card doesn’t get enough props so I’m going to give it some. In A Legendary Ocean deck this card is actually sort of broken if you ask me. First off if you have A Legendary Ocean out it’s a no tribute monster. If someone has you in a stall. Like with Gravity Bind, or Exodia, or some stupid Spear Cretin lock. And you have you Legendary Fishermen, Suijins, or some Star Boys, or what ever you would run; just use Catapult Turtle’s effect. Or if you just can’t get that final attack in use Catapult Turtle’s effect and that ends the game. Believe me it’s way more of a threat then you think it is. 6) Valkyrion the Magna Warrior. A very powerful monster, and relatively easy to bring out. The card also has swarming capabilities. Just tribute it through it’s effect to bring out the three parts ad reborn him. If you hit directly with that combo that’s game. 3500+1500+1700+1400=8100 5) Suijin, Kazejin, Sanga. These really count as 1 monster because they are practically the same thing. They depend on what kind of deck your running. They have a killer effect and their attack isn’t too bad. For the most part they are 2 tribute monsters, but Suijin is a 1 tribute with A Legendary Ocean which if you ask me is usually a scary thought. 4) Barrel Dragon. Great effect. Decent attack power. And that’s without using Second Coin Toss or Limiter Removal. With the right cards to support it I think this could be one of the best cards in the game. They just need more machines. And I think the next set after PHG has the XYZ Fusion Series. 3) The Legendary Fisherman. If you’re running it in the right kind of deck. It’s a 1850 attack no tribute monster that can’t be Raigekied or attacked. Just need some support cards like Tornado Wall with that A Legendary Ocean and maybe some Stay Boys to power him up. 2) Airknight Parshath. I run only 2 tribute monsters in my Gravity Bind deck. (Sort of weird isn’t it) One of them is the number 1 tribute which I’m sure is a no-brainer, and Airknight Parshath. Right now it’s in my sidedeck cause I haven’t needed it but that’s beside the point. When you run a deck that has a lot to do with attacking like mine (3 Axe of Despair, 1 Mage Power, 1 United We Stand, and I paid for it with my own money so people that would *insert swear word right here*, and you know which one it is* get a job) this card is great. They start putting monsters in defense mode (Especially beatdowns with there low defense monsters) you tribute 1 of your monsters for this 1900 attack monster with Fairy’s Meteor Crush effect and the ability to draw a card when you hit life points. You then equip it with something (usually I do) and proceed to pound them into the ground and they can’t stop taking damage. Also when you having fun pounding their Gemini Elves that have to be put into defense mode you get more options with Airknight Parshath’s secondary effect; so if they put out something to kill your monsters like Raigeki you will have enough cards to use a different plan and wipe them out. That was a long explanation but this last one will be short. 1) Jinzo. One of the best cards if used right. Nuff’ Said. Some of you might have different opinions. There just that opinions. And this is only a game. But if you want to say something email me at WhOiStHaTgUy_1@hotmail.com and if I have time out of the 2 nights a week I’m home I’ll email you back.
