Monsters:

#10 Neo The Magic Swordsman 1700/1000 - A Lv.4 monster with 1700 ATK! Sweet!

#9 Wall of Illusion 1000/1850 - Another great Lv.4. 1850 DEF is nothing to laugh about!

#8 La Jinn The Mystical Genie of The Lamp 1800/1000 - Best Lv.4 and under monster in terms of ATK.

#7 Dark Magician 2500/2100 - He's an extermly cool card! But 2 sacrifices for 2500 is ok but not that good.That's why he's ranked so high.

#6 Man-Eater Bug 450/600 - His ATK/DEF really sucks. BIG TIME!!! But his flip effect [kill 1 monster] is my favorite effect.

#5 Blue Eyes White Dragon[BEWD] 3000/2500 - He's awsome!! The strongest ATK in LOB. He sould be ranked higher but he needs 2 sacrifices. That's good for 3000 but there's TOO MANY cards that can beat him[Fissure,Raigeki,Dragon Capture Jar,Trap Hole,Dark Hole,ect.].

#4 Tri-Horn Dragon 2850/2350 - Second best in LOB in terms of ATK. I like this card a lot. It's tied for 1st rare card. It's so cool.

#3 Gaia The Dragon Champion 2600/3200 - This card is awsome! This card's ATK is high and it's DEF is ultimate!! It's one of my favorites.

#2 There's a tie for #2 between two Jap. cards. Blue Eyes Ultimate Dragon and Red Eyes Black Metal Dragon.

Blue Eyes Ultimate Dragon[BEUD] 4500/3800 - A very cool card. It's at Lv.12!
That's pretty dawm high! But you only need two cards to sacrifice[if you don't count the 3 BEWD]. For 4500ATK and 3800 DEF it's worth it.

Red Eyes Black Metal Dragon - I forgot it's ATK/DEF but i know thier high. It's my favorite card[in Jap.]. It's so cool!! Even cooler than Dark Magician and Summoned Skull!!!!! Gasp!!

#1 Summoned Skull 2500/1200 - It's my favorite card[in English].2500 ATK for 1 sacrifice!!! Can't get any better that that!!!!

Magic/Trap:

#10 Dragon Capture Jar[Trap] - Stops the high powered dragons[BEWD,BEUD,REBD,Tri-horn,ect.].

#9 Trap Hole[Trap] - Can get you out of tuff spots!!

#8 Castle Walls[Trap] - Boosts up my monster's DEF by 500.

#7 Reinforements[Trap] - Boosts up my monster's ATK by 500.

#6 Waboku[Trap] - Decrese my opponent's monster's damage to 0!! Very helpful!

#5 Dark Hole[Magic] - Good if your opponent has 3-5 monsters on the field and you hav 0-2.

#4 Card Destruction[Magic] - Good if you think your opponent has a good hand.

#3 Swords of Revealing Light[Magic] - A great card to stall with. This is a great card for decks built  around the Exodia pieces.

#2 Monster Reborn[Magic] - Get one of your or your opponent's monsters back from the graveyard. A great movie to stun your opponent with.

#1 Raigeki[Magic] - Desroy all of your opponent's monsters!! AWSOME!!!!!!!!!!
