Whitemane's Chapeau

One of the best cloth armors in the game right now, Whitemane's Chapeau allows a 1 time recycling of an ability card. This is great in nearly all Warlock, Mage, and Priest decks. Shadow priests love it for those Mind Spikes and Mind Blasts to end the game. Also, most decks using this card will be playing Zapped Giants, allowing a greater choice in the sbility you bring back!

Limited- 2/5
Constructed- 4/5
Casual- 4/5
Raid- 4/5

Aganej2 Whitemane’s Chapeau

Well this is an armor, the fact it can absorb 1 dmg makes it so and it accomplishes an additional effect as well for characters that normally would use an abundance of abilities. Either abilities to use again or abilities that were taken out, doesn’t matter; all this card needs to do is enter play. By turn four, this card should have targets even though they might not be the best targets. Saving this hat for a rainy day might be the better call. I would use this card mostly, or in earnest, only for the recovery ability. A combo deck would need this card, also a player knowing that the opponent or metagame is full of ability destruction would find a good answer in this armor.

Constructed: 3/5 (decent but for the right deck and at the right time)

Sealed: 3.5/5 (recursion of anything in this format is highly praised and should be used)

Raid: 3/5 (if the ability was worth using once, its worth using again)

Whitemane's Chapeau
Play Cost: 4
Armor - Cloth
Head (1)
-/1

When Whitemane's Chapeau enters pay, you may put an ability card from your graveyard into your hand.

Sure, being able to prevent 1 damage is cool, but you don't play Whitemane's Chapeau for that reason. For the play cost of 4, you get to pick an ability card from your graveyard and put it back into your hand. Playing a hunter rush and there's a swarm of weenies about to attack? Sure! Play Whitemane's and get back your Frost Nova. Want more card advantage? Play Whitemane's and bring back Mind Spike. Running out of cards? Bring back Life Tap.

Sealed: 3/5
Constructed: 3/5
Casual: 3/5
Raid: 2/5
