xstreamzero Uatu the Watcher

Behold, my favorite 1 drop in the entire game of Versus System.

Uatu the Watcher
He Who Watches
Fantastic Four/1/0/1
Concealed/Flight/Range
Your opponents play with their hands revealed.

Do you have any idea how broken this card is? I literally have him serve as my 1 drop for virtually every single deck that I make. There are absolutely no surprises that your opponent can pull on you, you get to see everything that he can do.

Secondly, in a tournament setting, this guy is a monster at playing mind games. Every time you opponent makes a move, you can totally throw off his game by making random comments like “Really?” or “Come on, play seriously.” It’s just freaking hilarious…

In sealed, even more broken…

Constructed: 5/5
Sealed: 5/5

Best 1 drop in the game…

xstreamzero
jajais4u Flight/Range. 0/1. This guy sucks. Wait a minute. Your opponents play with their hands revealed? He Who Watches? Your opponent reveals their hand and face down resources? Common Enemy now officially has too many one drops. Let's be honest here. This guy is too good for uncommon. You basically know what's in your hand. Perfect for a control deck of some sort. Not sure what though, but some sort. (Hint, hint.)

Sealed - 5 (He can be the thing that let's you know when to do what, how and what they have for crying out loud.

Constructed - 5 (Common Enemy, need I say more)
Dead
End
Mikie

Uatu The Watcher, He Who Watches (Fantastic Four)

1 cost, 0 ATK, 1 DEF, Flight, Range

Concealed

Opponents play with their hands revealed.

Wow.  One of these days I'll be able to get back into the swing of doing all the CotD's in a week... maybe it'll be this week?

Anywho...  Today we have Uatu the Watcher, who, if you ever read the comics NEVER just watches, making him more like Uatu the Doer.  This guy is a pretty cool 1 cost character.  F/R, Concealed, and his ability make him very useful.  If you know what your opponent has in hand, you can plan accordingly.  There are many decks that could see use from this guy, not just Fantastic Four decks.

Sealed: 4/5  Uatu can help you prepare for what would otherwise be unexpected surprises.

Constructed: 3/5  Not the best one drop, but far from horrible.  Uatu can help you deal with your opponents plans be letting you know what they could use.
